A caution about the statistics

The figures in the Bangladesh economy chapter are as of the book’s printing and are revised annually. In the exam you write the book’s figures, but for a job exam or a current discussion they no longer hold — there you need the relevant agency’s latest publication. Memorising the book’s numbers and repeating them years later is one of the commonest errors in this subject.
