The stage that tests fitness to teach — documents and presentation.

Teacher Registration Viva Preparation

বাংলায় পড়তে চাও? দেখো: শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন ভাইভা প্রস্তুতি

The registration viva tests fitness more than knowledge — the board wants to see whether this candidate can stand in a classroom and teach. So the manner of speaking and the confidence behind it count alongside the accuracy of the answers.

The questions that come up most

  • Basic concepts of your subject — do you know what you propose to teach?
  • Why teaching — the answer should be honest and specific.
  • General questions about your area and your institution.
  • A real classroom situation — what would you do about it?
  • A current issue in education.

Getting the documents in order

The viva includes verification of certificates, and any inconsistency in the papers becomes the centre of the conversation while everything else stops mattering. Arrange certificates, mark sheets, national ID, photographs and the admit card in order in one file, and check in advance that the name and date of birth match across all of them.

How to present yourself

Clean, modest dress, clear speech and letting the question finish before you answer create a good impression. If you do not know, say so; honesty does better than a guessed wrong answer, particularly in an interview for a profession where honesty is the first requirement.

What works against you

  • Rehearsed answers — boards spot them easily.
  • Answering when you do not know.
  • Turning up with disordered documents.
  • Talking past the question.

The date, venue and required document list are published in the NTRCA notice; confirm from there.
