A Preparation Plan for Bank Jobs

বাংলায় পড়তে চাও? দেখো: ব্যাংক জব প্রস্তুতির পরিকল্পনা

The commonest mistake in bank preparation is starting every subject at once. Many things get touched each day and none gets finished, and months later it feels as if nothing has moved. Working in phases means something is genuinely in hand at the end of each one.

Dividing the day

However many hours you give a day, split them at least three ways — one part on the current phase’s main subject, one on practice, and a small part on daily general knowledge and vocabulary. That third part is small but must be daily, because it accumulates slowly and cannot be caught up at the end.

Preparing alongside a job

For anyone preparing while working, consistency matters more than daily hours. Ninety minutes on a working day, but every day, produces far better results than eight hours at the weekend and nothing in between. Keep the weekend for two model tests, since that is when you can sit uninterrupted.

When to start model tests

Many leave model tests to the very end, which is too late. Start one a week as soon as the foundation work is done — a poor score does not matter, because at that stage the purpose of a test is not the mark but finding your weak spots. Raise it to two a week in the final month.

The timing of circulars and exam schedules is not fixed in advance; keep an eye on Bangladesh Bank’s official site.
